It depends on how much plastic you want to recycle, what type(s) of plastic, and what kind of final product you want. If you are looking for something medium size, I would ball park some where in the six figures, seven figures would not surprise me (I know that is a large range, but your question is missing some detail.)

If you are interested in small volume, it would be cheaper to work something out with a local plastic recycling company.

What are the steps involved in the manufacture of pressure vessels. Can anyone tell me where i can get some literature about this topic.
Manufacturing of pressure vessels mainly are:
- Plate Rolling Machine
- Welding Machines
- End Cups Manufacturing Machine
-Post Weld Heat Treatment Machine
- Other Tools and consumables
Steps of manufacturing in brief is as follows:
- Cut the plates to the desire sizes
- Role the plates to the required radius
- Bevel the sides prior welding
- Prepare the welding procedure , qualify these procedures and then prequalify welders.
- install weldolets for fixing the gauges, pressure, temperature gauges and so on.
- Order the vessel end caps or cups
- weld all elements
- Apply post weld heat treatment
- Paint the vessel, and install the instruments and gauges

Start with normal, untreated meat. Add salt, nitrates and other chemicals to keep it from spoiling. Add water to increase volume. Then package in plastic…….YUMMMMY!

What time is it acceptable to be using loud machinery in the morning?
My neighbors just woke me up with extremely loud chainsaws!! Is there some rule about this??
It really depends on if there is a homeowners association because they usually have lots of rules you have to follow about when you can work and what you are allowed to have in the front yard…
Anytime between 8 & 9am is perfectly acceptable, however it should also depend on the type of work that is being done. Severe stuff like chainsaws and jackhammering for a long period of time should start later and all neighbours should be warned via a note, phone call, or face-to-face interaction. Yet simple yard work like mowing and using a chainsaw to trim some stuff can start as early as 8am.
Many people have a strange work schedules that cause them to stray from the typical 9-5pm shift or people have infants or can be sick… if you fall into one of these categories then you have the obligation of telling your neighbour. If they are cool about it and you approach them nicely then they can start later in the morning, but you have to be respectful of their schedule too. Or simply ask them when they plan on using the loud tools so that you can prepare yourself for it. Who knows, they might have plans later and this is the only time they can get the work done!
You don’t want to start the communications off on a bad foot because this will just create misery for you in the future. But if all else fails, look at your local ordinaces because there might be some sort of noise rules on file that most people are not aware of.

How do you make drum shells by hand without using heavy machinery?
I just recently aquired some freshly cut maple and was interested in possibly turning into a snare drum. The only problem is that i cant figure out how. Ive searched on the internet and have come up relatively short on how to actually construct the shells themeselves. If anyone could point me in the right direction or give me some helpful hints it would be greatly appreciated.
hand carve it. That is the only way without the use of machinery. start from the middle and work your way out. Use real carving chisels though.

Equipment would include drills to make holes and break up rock and loaders to carry the rock away. You would also need support systems for tunnels and lights and safety equipment for the workers.
