FNM Game Report 2
After a 1st round loss my 2nd opponent is Travis piloting the same deck as mine. He had beaten me in our previous FNM matches so I expect to have a tough match up against him. Game one, I was able to cast 2 Khalni Hearts early and ramping up my lands until I was able to get Valakut ready. I was able to damage him for 16 and got the win.
Game 2 I side boarded 3 Roiling terrain and I was having a really good time destroying his lands. However with no creature in my field he was able to stay alive because of the life gaining ability of his creature. He was then able to set up Valakut and got me into crucial life then burned me, score 1-1. The 3rd game is really a bad game for me I played with no Forest in my hand or even fetches, it ended me having green spells but no mana to use. The end result is me losing again to Travis. Score 1-2.
